You can sew BILLIE as a classic hat, bow hat or with a turned up edge (so nice in ribbed elastic fabrics!) . FABRIC CHOICE BILLIE you sew in elastic materials such as tricot, college or ribbed tricot. SIZE 36-62 Children 0-4 years size 36-50, 4 years to adult size. 52-62. The most important thing is to measure the circumference of the head to get the correct size, as age is an estimate.
