Our demos e.g. is used sparingly on a course or in a workshop. They are in new condition and come freshly serviced upon delivery with the associated box and accessories. Since the machine has been part of a course or workshop, cosmetic defects can occur in the form of e.g. scratches.
On our demos e.g. full warranty applies in the same way as if you buy a machine in unopened packaging.
When purchasing a demo e.g. has is open purchase for 2 weeks from when the customer collects the package at the agent. If open purchase wishes to be used, customer pays shipping back. Should a machine sustain any damage during the open purchase period and is in need of repair, the customer will be charged for this.
